User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for the content you submit, ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws. You must not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
Intellectual Property: All content on TrustPageGenius.cyou, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your manuscript remains your intellectual property. Any materials we create for you (e.g., cover designs) will be transferred to you upon full payment, as per our agreement.
Payment and Fees: Details regarding service fees, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be provided in individual service agreements or quotes. All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Limitation of Liability: TrustPageGenius will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or any content obtained through them. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
